“Our second trip to Coeur D'Alene. This is also the second time we stayed at Riverstone Square. Its fantastic. Great shops, coffee, fantastic yoga studio, a few good restaurants and big open sky! The apt is quiet, no neighbor noise. Very well appointed, comfy beds, good towels. Sweet little porch where I had my coffee, worked and even did a little yoga. We will be back!”

“This is the first time I’ve rented a property and not felt comfortable staying in it. We travel frequently to various cities and countries and I feel that while I have high expectations for general sanitation & appreciate a nice aesthetic, I can stay comfortably in most tropical locations that have musty smells, poor sanitation, etc. The property manager was amazing and responsive to our report that there was a bad smell (cat or human urine) in the carpeted stair entrance up to the apt. “Great apartment with nice appointments and walking distance to the touristy area of CDA. Had a couple issues crop up while there, but the management company reacted and took care of them almost immediately. I was traveling for business. This is a perfect alternative to the typical hotel stay.”

“Amazing stay. Very happy. But it was unfortunate that the listing spoke of a secure underground parking spot that never materialized. Gate code didn’t work and I was told it would be fixed and would recover follow up but it never came. Not a huge deal, but made check in a little complicated and our stay a bit less convenient as we had to walk far to our car.”
