"The home had EVERYTHING we needed. Beautiful view from the deck and tastefully decorated. Owners top notch. We loved everything about this home and location. Biked on trails, Blackwater falls was breathtaking. Hiking and just sitting around the fire pit enjoying nature and all the fall colors. Hope to return next fall. "

"Property was maintained beautifully. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very clean and orderly house. House flies kept appearing, however. Lots of books and games to entertain you. Fully equipped kitchen is a plus. Easy access to Thomas and Davis by car, or Thomas by foot path.The furnace fan motor was so loud the floor vibrated. Eventually noise disappeared. Internet router lost connectivity daily. I texted owner; no reply. Router looks old. Hauling out trash at end of stay was not inconvenient but would have appreciated a heads up beforehand-maybe I missed those instructions. The dumpster at the transfer station at end of street was overflowing with trash bags; the parking lot was dirty, dusty, and dry. This calls out for an alternative method."

"Nice roomy cabin with everything we needed. There are lots of great outdoor activities in the area so we stayed busy but it was a great place to come back to and relax. I would stay here again. "
