“When we checked in were informed that we received a “highly discounted rate” for our room, which was never shown on Expedia. That explanation was given to us because the room we stayed in was detached from the main property, and it sat in a lot facing an auto body shop. There was no deadbolt/additional locking system on the door, which faced a commercial lot. The comforter had a large white stain on the top cover, which looked encrusted onto the top side. The ceiling light fixture was hanging……

“The host prepared the cottage very well. It was comfortable even on a rainy day. The area is quite pretty too, and the host shared memorable stories and lore about the area with us!”

“We arrived at the property at 4:05 pm .It was supposed to be ready by 4 pm. All 3 bedrooms had dirty sheets and blankets piled in the middle of the bed. No clean sheets anywhere that we could see. There were no clean towels either. The windows were dirty. we hung around waiting for return call from the host. Never called back. We left the property T approximately 5;10 pm the same day, stayed maybe 1 hour waiting for a call from our host which never came. Never again.”
