“This was an excellent hotel situated within 15 mins walk from the old town. It has a lovely family atmosphere and the rooms are spacious with excellent bathrooms. The only negative was a lack of WiFi signal in the room. I would definitely stay here again ”

“The wine-drinking ceremony on the balcony was enjoyable, with a beautiful view of San Sebastian from a great angle. It also had a very quiet and peaceful environment. We got the chance to spend time alone together by the pool with my partner. The only problem is they don't provide parking. Because of this, you have to take a taxi to the parking area in the city center and back. They help with calling taxis. I definitely recommend it.”

“Spotless clean, bar and food available as well as petrol station with shop. Place to exercise dogs and big car park. Close to main highway and staff all helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service approach with emails prior to visit asking if they can help you in any way and a welcome message in my room written on bathroom mirror. Real value for money experience and if I could give feedback on 2 things I would improve. Put a toilet brush in bathroom as we may need to attend to marks……

Recepcionista de amabilidad y paciencia infrequente. Dispone de sala de lectura i terraza solariega común de gran atractivo.”
