Great location
Jo greeted us with a smile and good instructions about the apartment. Information about bakery, groceries and sites of Reims were provided as well, all within walking distance from the apartment. We arrived by train and we were able to walk to the the apartment within 10 minutes (easy walking through a wonderful park area..enjoy the lovely large trees providing tons of shade)

Visiting Reims
Communication with the property owner difficult because of the language barrier. Scaffolding around the entrance because of construction project was a minor inconvenience. Property was close and convenient.

Great spot, quiet but central
The apartment is great, spacious and quiet. Walking distance to everything. We stayed almost two weeks and it was easy to shop and cook and feel settled. Jo is a really nice guy. It felt odd paying cash through Western Union in advance, but it is legit.

Lovely wee place!
Great stay at this apartment in Reims. Everything you could possibly need was there. The location was spot on for enjoyable walks around the shops and also to the Champagne caves around the town. We had our car with us so were able to drive around the vineyards too. Would recommend. Thank you Jo!

Sucio y dejado
Buena ubicacion pero apartamento sucio y dejado. Un olor desagradable de cocina rancia penetra al interior de la vivienda desde debajo de la pica de la cocina. Un repintado del apartamento es más que necesario porque actualmente se ve muy sucio. Muy mal equipado, nos sorprende su puntuación. No lo recomiendo y no volveria, siento decirlo. Estuvimos a punto de dejarlo tras la primera noche de las dos que estuvimos.

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht (Wir haben öfters gekocht, weil man gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat). Die Lage ist ruhig und gut, um alles zu Fuss zu machen, man kann das Auto entspannt in der Garage stehen lassen. Jo ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Merci! Ute und Pascal

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist ideal für die Besichtigung der Innenstadt von Reims. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Schlafzimmer dennoch ruhig und erlaubt einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist recht klein, zur Straße gelegen, das Schlafzimmer geräumig. Für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Der Garagenplatz ist wegen der zentralen Lage hilfreich, aber sehr beengt und erfordert Geschicklichkeit. Eher für Kleinwagen geeignet.

Wir hatten einen Kurzurlaub in Reims.Die Ferienwohnung lag für Ausflüge in die Stadt sehr günstig.Toll war auch die Garage.In der Wohnung war alles Notwendige vorhanden,es war sehr sauber.Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Herrn Greiner.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice appartement on walking distance from centre
Nice appartement on walking distance from the centre. Our French isn’t great, but we managed with hands and feet. We misunderstood were we could park. It is not the big parking, but there is a ‘private’ parking; great! The garage door needs to be opended by the owner. There is a cute café on the corner of the street, gives some noice on the weekends. We had a great stay!
