“We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. “We had a wonderful trip and stay at this house. It was nicely decorated and had all amenities we required. our host was attentive and answered questions quickly—giving recommendations for places to go etc. good location, 5 minute drive downtown. Would definitely come back !”

"We arrived at 1.30pm and they let us checkin without extra cost. But they clean the room every fourth day. We stayed for 5d4n, but the room wasn’t cleaned, not even cleaning the trash. But we’re fine with it. There’s basically nothing in the room so make sure you bring the toothbrushes, slippers, kettle etc. The location is convenient. Most activity gather at the dock behind the hotel (5mins walk). But it’s kind of noisy at night as there are people at the restaurant or street downstairs getting really high."
