• You'll find Buddha Mountain and many more amazing attractions in Pattaya. From Sathon, it's 60 miles away.
• Why not see everything on offer in Hua Hin too? Notable sights to see here include Hua Hin Railway Station. Hua Hin is 85 miles from Sathon.
• Klong Plu Waterfall is 170 miles from Sathon and is one of the region's most gorgeous nature spots. Go for a walk around and enjoy the fresh air here.

If you don't have a driver's license issued in Thailand, then you'll likely need to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be able to rent a car. It's also important to note that if an IDP is required, it has no validity on its own. You'll be asked to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of documentation as well.
