If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip.

I can’t stay enough good things about our stay at Villa Massis! It was slow season so it was so quiet and secluded and felt like we were VIP with the place to ourselves! Beautiful grounds and felt like a true jungle oasis! The rooms were perfect with all the needed amenities and nice artwork. I loved the separate living room space which was perfect to accommodate our 1 year old’s pack and play. We did the pontoon boat tour with them which was an all day tour and some of the most incredible and secluded views I’ve ever seen! Staff was great. Definitely recommend!

the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable

We were the only guests on the property which we found to be odd. You couldn’t eat outside or sit on the beach because of the insects. On the positive side, the staff was outstanding, and tended to our every need. The snorkeling was spectacular and the best we’ve ever experienced. Our guide and captain the best.
