The room was very clean, along with the rest of the hotel. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was wonderful as well! The snowmobile trail goes right to the hotel making travels easier. Pleanty of parking for our 27ft trailer. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was spotless, fully supplied, and very quiet. The clerk who checked me in was efficient and very friendly. The parking lot felt safe also. I will always stay here when in Rhinelander.

The man that checked me in was very nice and very efficient. My room was outstanding! It was super clean and well supplied with tissues, towels, etc. My stay was relaxing and I felt safe. I will always stay here when I come to Rhinelander.

The staff was amazing. Very welcoming and accommodating. The kids loved the pool. The room was a little old, bit served its purpose effectively. For the price it was an amazing deal. I would stay here again.

Courteous staff. We were even able to check in early which was appreciated. Very quiet. Very nice pool and hot tub. Ample breakfast with hot items that even opened early. Great coffee and several cream choices which was very nice. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Great stay!

Staff was friendly, rooms was nice and clean, and was provided plently of towels for our family of four. Pool/hot tub was fun, and breakfast was tasty and well stocked.

Booked two rooms- one room hadn’t been cleaned ( beds were stripped) and the other room already had people in it! Thankfully they had the chain lock on when we tried to enter the room to prevent us from fully barging in on them. Did not make us feel safe in our rooms. Front desk clerk was kind enough to let our family use the breakfast area for our family to sit and enjoy our pizza dinner together.

Great hotel for a great price. Rooms had wood floors and comfortable beds. Breakfast in the morning was good and they had tasty lemon water in the lobby that I used to fill up my thermos everyday.
