With 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining table for 6 and a gas fireplace you can cozy up with family. Take advantage of kayaks, paddle boat or yard games in summer months or ice fish in winter from your own home away from home.

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

WI River-Boom Lake cottage on spacious lot, water on 3 sides, kayaks, fire pit

Located on the Wisconsin River chain around the corner from Boom Lake and Hodag Park. Easy access from Hwy 47. Boat or snowmobile for miles in either direction. Our four season cottage is ten steps from the water with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining table for 6, Wifi and gas fireplace. The property is a little over an acre with water on 3 sides. No steps to the water!

In summer months, there are 4 docks overlooking the chain and a quiet bay, swimming area with nice sandy bottom, 2 kayaks available, paddle boat, yard games, hammocks, three person swing to enjoy your coffee or book by the water, a gas grill or jump on your boat and visit 4 bar/restaurants on the river. Firewood is provided.

New for June 2022: we have the option for you to rent a pontoon boat for an extra charge. Please message me if you are interested. Once you see all the boats going by, you’re going to want to join in on the fun!

In the winter, ice fish and watch your tip ups from the comfort of the cottage. Bring your snowmobiles and have immediate access to the trails that run right by.

Please note: like most cottages close to the water, there is a high iron concentration in our water. We recommend bringing your own drinking water and bagged ice to consume.
We have ceiling fans in each bedroom, the living room and kitchen. There is no AC.
This is our family cottage that we rent occasionally and is pet friendly - message if you are interested.

Charming and Well-Maintained

Beautiful cottage and the host is so communicative. She let me know the day prior that an early check in was available for our stay which helped tremendously. Our group cooked a few nights and the kitchen had all supplies we needed. The pontoon boat was absolutely a highlight as well.

Perfect Family Getaway

Was exactually like pics shown. Property was nice and clean. Couldn't be any closer to water. Lots of water traffic on the weekend. Pontoon gas gage not working, so it was always a guessing game. Fishing was decent. Was close to highway so could hear lots of traffic noise.

We love this place!

This cabin is exactly as advertised. It is a clean, we'll maintained cabin. The location is excellent. We loved sitting by the water and just taking in all the surroundings. The owners communicated all information well. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

The property is perfect for a family vacation and is described perfectly. We brought our boat and had no issues, other than the fish weren't biting. We had a great stay and would recommend this cottage and hosts for anyone who wants a beautiful place to go. River views from every window. Boat launch nearby, lots of places to eat.and trails to explore.

Quick 3 night getaway to relax!

Very nice, simple and well done cottage. It was so clean and well supplied with anything we needed (spices, olive oil, shampoo,kleenex, etc). Also, great communication with Krissy:) The property is amazing being right on the point and surrounded by water on 3 sides. Water toys too! We LOVED it !

Heaven on Rhinelander

Our second stay here was once again, perfect. Upon arrival, the cabin was spotless. I have been up and down the river many, many times, and I cannot find a better location than this place. The cabin has everything you need, and more, for a perfect getaway. I highly, highly recommend this cabin, nit only for the cabin, but for the host as well.
