"Lots of room and home was as described. Pet friendly and easy to contain the dogs out of the carpeted rooms on the hard floors. Kitchen items could be better for cooking for a large group, but we had a grest stay and would go back. Communication was prompt and the owner even ordered us some dish towels since there weren't any when we got there. Nice fire pit too!"

"We loved our stay at this cottage. Great access to a lot of atv trails, which was our activity while staying. The cottage was quaint, vintage, clean, and cozy. We loved the woodstove and fire place for when we came back from chilly rides. Tim was an excellent host and friendly. He went above and beyond helping to solve a small issue. Due to a breakdown we were not able to ride much of what we wanted so plan to come to the area again and will definately stay here! "

It was very quiet, the lake view was perfect and fire circle very well designed for cozy fires. Very clean and owners easy to work with, would stay again if in area.Great location to town, Hartwick Pines and nearby State Parks."
