Would definitely need an upgrade as the property and rooms are very old. When we booked, it stated Breakfast buffet included but there was none offered upon check out. The entire section was closed off.

I hadn't been in Gouverneurs in awhile, I don't think I will for a long time. Old property and facilities, I felt like nothing had change for at least 20 years. No coffee in the room, I had to pay for one in the lobby... No iron. But on a positive note, the staff was courteous, and the bed very comfortable.

Cette hôtel est de mon avis prêt à fermer, aucune salle à manger, nous devons payer notre café, chariot pour bagage manquant, le seul disponible sale, et briser, aucune lampe de nuit, table de nuit cheap en tôle, piscine pas d’eau, ascenseur instable donne des coups, cette hôtel ne devrait pas être offerte par votre site, vraiment déçu…….

Chambre à demi-rénovée! Pas de table de nuit. Pas de lampe de nuit. Pas de séchoir à cheveux. Une odeur atroce de peinture. Des planchers sales. Sérieusement, pour le montant payé de 300$, j’aurais honte à votre place. L’équipe en place impuissante dans la résolution de problèmes car aucun gestionnaire. En attente d’un retour sérieux de la part des responsables de l’hôtel.
