The staff was so friendly-those greeting us at the front door, the associates at the front desk, the bartenders and servers and the staff at the spa went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is gorgeous and very well maintained. We had a special weekend and will definitely stay there again when we return to Roanoke.

Downtown Roanoke is very loud. There were a lot of cars revving their engines Friday and Saturday night, straight out of the Fast and Furious. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a good nights sleep on the weekend. The hotel was fine. We were in the accessibility room, and it was ok, but the box spring of the bed was broken and there was only one trash can. I did tell them about the box spring when we checked out. Hopefully it gets fixed before the next customer.
