This sunny 2 bedroom property is located a short stroll away from the beach perfect for swimming, surfing and kayaking. On a very quiet street overlooking Taramea Bay.

Come and unwind and enjoy all that Riverton has to offer. Fishing, Bush walks, the surf and the local cafes.

The Bach itself is perfect for a small family with a fully fenced section. There is not a lot of lawn but It is a relaxing getaway with great rural views from a spacious deck.

We welcome pets, though you must respect the property and clean up after them. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Maximum of two dogs unless prior approval from the owner.

This home has a modern kitchen with a gas hob, convection microwave a double drawer air fryer and a dishwasher. A BBQ is also provided for your use. The home is heated with a heat pump. Washing machine and dryer are provided in the laundry outside.

Newly installed outdoor shower area to hose the sand and pets down.

This is only a small home with beds for 5. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a double bed and a KSG bed. Each bedroom has its own TV.
We charge a cleaning fee. Under the kiwi Bach way you are expected to leave the Bach tidy and do the dishes. A dishwasher is provided.
