The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English.

This is an exceptional property and certainly one of the finest five star hotels in the entire Provence. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was amazing; and the dinner in the restaurant should not be missed. We know the region very well and believe there is no finer hotel as a base for exploring the Provence. Steven Kaplan USA

The level of service and hospitality was fantastic

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms can be a bit cleaner. The highlight is definitely the pool area. The front desk during check in was terrible. We were given any information regarding the amenities of our stay, only shown to our room. As our stay went on, we learned you needed a bracelet to access the pool, a card to get towels, we were never told the hours breakfast was served, or how the electric charging station worked. Our stay would have been much better had we actually been given information during check in, not just left to discover things as we went through our days.

Après avoir réservé plus de 6 mois à l’avance, nous avons été délogés sur la dernière nuit pour cause de privatisation de l’hôtel à une entreprise. Je suis encore surpris que l’hôtel se soit octroyé ce droit.
