We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help. We woke up during the night and could smell the sewage. The place was ok other than the terrible smell, There was no TV, Wi-Fi, or microwave in our room.

Has heated indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was typical South American buffet with fruits, yogurt, breads,cereals, eggs, and small sausage links. Billiard table on 2nd floor. My only upgraded that in my opinion is the shower/bathtub should be converted to walk in shower. I slipped getting out and hurt myself pretty good.

esta muy bien ubicado , dormitorio cómodo bano limpio con buena ducha , muy buen desayuno . el restaurante tiene buena comida para quien no tiene ganas de moverse , los precios me parecieron un poco altos , pero buena calidad
