We had a great stay. We usually stay at a hotel to visit our son in Rochester but this time decided to VRBO because we wanted to celebrate his birthday with family. The house was perfect. Well maintained, super clean, great location and the ping pong table was a surprise hit. We will definitely stay there again!

Lovely space for my family

We really enjoyed the space and location for our stay in Rochester for my son's appointments at Mayo. The host is kind and attentive and truly thought of everything for a family with small children! We loved the park across the street and the neighborhood duck couple!

Just right for a family

Had a surgery at Mayo and family needed a place to stay. Everyone has their own room, plenty of seating for meals and tv. Kitchen is well equipped. Great customer service by the owners.

The location was an easy jaunt to the hospital. The property was clean and cozy. Host was easy to communicate with. When we come back to Mayo this is definitely on my short list of houses I am more than happy to return to!

Feels like home!

This is a charming, incredibly well maintained and updated home, complete wirh absolutely everything any group or age could need. Extraordinarily clean, the location is convenient, but far enough away from the bustle of being right near Mayo Clinic. The adjustable bed was super comfortable as well.

Great place with lots of room

We came into town for a couples getaway. This was a great place to stay. Very clean and centrally located. This would also be a great place for a family- even a playroom for younger kids. I will definitely stay here the next time we see back.

We were in town for numerous appointments at Mayo. There were very thoughtful amenities throughout the house that were provided that made our stay very welcoming and feel like home. Perfect for us!

Everything was very clean and tidy.Nice welcoming coffee bar! We used the downstairs for a play area with our granddaughter! It was clean and organized! Everything was so nice! We even sat in the nice patio off the garage(for April, it was pretty nice out!) We plan on staying there again if its available?!

Most organized stay ever

The house is exactly as advertised. The rooms were comfortable. My in-laws prepared a nice family meal in the kitchen. Everything is well organized and labeled. The appliances all worked and everything was set to go. Great home for families with small kids

Great location (park nearby, close to downtown). Lots of little things that made it easier to have small kids, such as a gate blocking the downstairs (so small kids can’t fall down the stairs) and bumpers on sharp corners around the kitchen and family room. Highly recommend!

Great Location

The owner was very responsive to questions. The home was very clean and well stocked. I had appointments at Mayo Clinic-the location is a 10----it is a 5 minute drive-very convenient.
