“I wish I could give zero stars because i stayed ZERO nights, but sadly, to warn you all, they get one star. First. I arrived at the property and entered the code I was provided for the keyless entry, but the keypad DIDN'T WORK. And no, it was not user error, the keypad was making no sound, not lighting up, nothing. I don't know if it was broken or needed batteries, but it did not work. Thus, I could not get in. I called the number I was provided for assistance, and the person that picked up……

“Overall very satisfied! Property and decor felt new and tastefully furnished and comfortable. Communication was superb! Didn’t cook or do laundry, but could have. In the city so a little noisy at night but that was expected. Definitely would use again. ”
