"The room was clean the bathroom was clean. Beds were average in confort. If you are looking for a hotel with a pool you will be disappointed. Even though all the booking sits say they have one they didn't. Also breakfast buffet had very minimal choices. I would rather gone down to the redding market for breakfast. "

"The lobby was under construction which was a surprise. The heat was broken in one of our two rooms but the helpful staff sent a fan and comped the parking. "

"Great hotel but do not like the $28 "activity fee" and did not see any activities which this fee would cover. Breakfast was so slow it was not possible to order on the menu. I cant always eat so much as to need a buffet."

"Poor Wi-fi. Toilet didn’t flush. It took 3 calls for someone to answer the phone. Towels were dirty. You have to pay to park in their garage. Room furniture was old & worn. Staff was great though, very friendly & helpful. They were the saving grace of our stay there. "

"PROS: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Great location. CONS: cleanliness could be improved as we found 2 packs of blueberries on top of the fridge that must have been there a while, as they were moldy and shrunken. We had NO shower curtain, there was dirt and hair on the wall behind the bathroom door, and I have never stayed in a hotel where there were NO trash bags in the trash cans. (We were in room 1425)"
