The room was an adjoining room which was not disclosed prior to renting. There wasn’t a deadbolt or chain lock on the door adjoining the rooms, only a coffee table placed in front of it. There was loud partying and drinking going on outside our room as well as the people in the adjoining room kept their tv on the loudest setting the entire night. I tried to go down to the office to ask for help the door was locked. I rang the door bell and no one answered. I called the office from my room and no one answered. So I called them from my cell, finally a lady answered but seemed very dismissive and nothing was ever said to the people with the extremely loud tv or the group of people outside drinking and hollering until about 4am. The room was dirty with stains on the sheets, a broken dresser inside it, and dirt on the floor.
