On approximately 30 m², the rental unit combines living, sleeping and eating in a bright, functional spatial concept. A double bed and an additional sofa bed provide flexibility, the air conditioning creates a pleasant room climate even on warm days. WiFi and satellite TV are available, the bathroom is modern equipped and features a shower as well as daylight. A special highlight is the generous, private and covered terrace with direct access to the garden. Here, sun loungers, seating options and a small summer kitchen invite you to start the day outdoors or let the evening end in a relaxed manner. The terrace is exclusively reserved for this rental unit and offers plenty of peace and privacy. A parking space is available directly at the property, smoking is possible in the outdoor areas. The studio belongs to a small, quiet estate with a total of only three rental units and a green garden with shady spots. A barbecue option is available and can be used by arrangement. The landlords also live on the property and are available if needed. The location is ideal for an uncomplicated beach holiday: The sea with rocky beaches and concrete bathing plateaus can be reached after about 150 metres, a pebble beach is located around 500 metres away. The town centre with cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities is within pleasant walking distance. The surroundings are quiet, green and at the same time centrally located – perfect for walks, bathing trips or relaxed days by the sea. Water sports opportunities, boat and bicycle trips as well as typical regional experiences such as olive or grape harvesting round off the leisure activities.
