We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Just half an hour away from all the tourist points by bus, Albani was very good. The rooms were a decent size compared to others in Europe. The staff was helpful and prompt in their services.

There was clearly a miscommunication between Expedia and the property on the the type of room reserved and there was a lot of back and forth to straighten this out which was not solved, other than that it was the best location and good amenities for the price I give it 7 out of ten

Overall the room was clean & tidy ,bathroom was the same . Our room was a decent size , but came without any drawers to store eg.underwear, t shirts socks etc ,the only storage was for hanging garments . Also, the safe was large and easy to use . Large counter for various items ,lighting was brilliant . Bathroom was clean fresh towels everyday , hairdryer was in a holder easy to use , but it only had one speed and and signs of wear. I wasn't aware that not all rooms have coffee / tea facilities. Which was a disappointment. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold meals. Coffee machine was really good with various coffee. Fresh orange juice & other flavours Finally, the bar area had plenty of seating and an amazing dome. Bar was well stocked . The barman ( Johnny ) was very helpful during our stay , but the bar was missing any atmosphere and could be bettered with possibly some background music. The staff on the front desk were also very helpful and they could get a taxi within minutes Check in was easy as was the checkout.
