They allowed me early check in and the apartments were brand new and immaculate! It was centrally located in an upscale neighborhood two blocks from the American embassy. Everything is easily walkable. I will definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment and hosts, minor issues

Lovely apartment, modern style with everything you need. (Iron, hair dryer, towels provided) Location was good. 5/10 min walk from restaurants and Hard Rock Cafe. 15 mins walk to Trevi fountain. Supermarket nearby with a tourist information shop Nearby. The area seems safe and not busy. The only negative points were that the hot water only lasted long enough for 1 shower. Also there are only 3 plug sockets in the whole apartment (2 in use for TV & bedside lamps). So had to share 1 socket for all of our electronic items. On the description the transfer price was advertised as €65 for the return trip but it was actually €60 each way which was disappointing. But the hosts were really helpful and friendly. Nataliya who greeted us at the apartment was very nice and demonstrated how to lock up. I also messaged her for information and she was happy to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location - most sights in walking distance. Only negative was advert promised daily housekeeping and this was not correct.

Should and could have been better!

The location was great, near all the major Rome sights and located in a quiet neighborhood. The condition of the condo was also very good especially for Italian accommodations, it had two full bathrooms, a kitchenette and a small washer for laundry. The price was great too. The biggest issue we had was with management. Communication was difficult in English. But what happened to us was that on the second day of a 3 night stay the hot water went out. We contacted the management and they quickly responded and told us they had it fixed. After a full day touring Rome we went back to the Condo and quickly discovered there was no hot water. We again contacted the management that night but they never returned our texts. Bottom line no hot shower after being out all day in Rome. The following day they contacted us and brought a repairman in to fix the issue. We left figuring the problem would be solved. We spent another full day enjoying Rome, didn’t get any messages from management about the hot water. On our way back to the condo I sent a text to check on the water. I got a cryptic text back saying I should contact the owner. The owner had no idea the hot water was out. So we got back to the condo at about 6pm no hot water. Long story short we had to get a hotel for that night because my wife and I needed a shower. I felt the management took advantage of us because we were foreigners and didn’t care. They said they would refund our last nights stay but didn’t !
