The Pantheon Inn is in a great location, one block away from the Pantheon. It was very quiet, tucked away behind a courtyard wall. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding!

I loved the front desk help how easy it was to check in and out. The only thing I can was a negative was that the lady in the breakfast room was very rude to an older woman who was needing help with coffee machine she just so rude to her for asking to help her with the machine.

Great place. Old building which is charming. Amazing location. We stayed here for one night before a cruise...which was perfect. We booked a quad room for more $, which seemed to be SLIGHTLY larger than the normal rooms with 2 rollaway beds and a full size. There was no other room. The service was great. The AC was good. Just don't think we could be in a room that small for more than a couple of nights. Having said that, would recommend for one or two nights as the location absolutely can't be beat and the staff is great!

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The location was good - close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navone. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace. I did have to carry my luggage up some stairs because the elevator didn't go to the ground floor.

The property certainly has character. It was chiseled from an old historical building. However there were a lot of stairs to climb. The elevator was not readily available. As a senior that was problematic. The rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Bathrooms were modern. Air conditioning unit was functional but it was difficult to regulate. Breakfast was skimpy. Overall it was a good stay. Close to many sites and restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and available. I would give it a 3 1/2 out of 5.

I got lost during check in as there is no clear sign where the reception is(use elevator to go to the 1st floor). Outside this incident, I liked the service and the room. Make sure you check the rooms before booking as they very each from another. I was expecting balcony but my room did not have any. I also was expecting 2 beds and the staff exchanged the room I got initially to the room with one bed and extra rollaway bed. The mattress on the extra bed was much softer so we used to nap on it during the day. Haha the location is perfect. Pantheon is right around the corner and walking distance from other main locations. Breakfast is fine but would recommend to have it outside or buy from the near by express stores. The terrace is great, only complain is chairs. The picture showed much comfortable chairs. I wish they would have better chairs on the terrace cause it was my favorite spot to chill at night. Service is exceptional, they speak English and eager to help you with any issues.

We loved this hotel in the heart of the city. If you actually want a real European hotel, stay at the Pantheon Inn. It has charm and the staff was extremely kind, accommodating and welcoming. They were so helpful with all of our questions and getting us where we needed to go. I also asked questions ahead of our trip in the Expedia message area and I got answers very promptly. Thanks for such a seamless stay.
