This was our third stay at the Radisson Roma Antica. Every time we’ve stayed the rooms and service have been excellent and this time was no exception. The beds are super comfortable, which is especially important after along day of walking around, the nightly turndown is a simple act, but just gives a that little extra special feeling. The staff are always friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Francesca who was so helpful in getting us checked in and also getting us a taxi within three minutes for our tour when our Uber driver canceled. If she hadn’t have helped us so quickly we wouldn’t have made it. Definitely recommend this hotel, we will stay here every time we go to Rome!

Very well located hotel close to the centre and sights. The room was nice and was also clean, albeit fairly basic. The communal areas such as ground floor bar and top floor outside terrace are very nice places to relax. The check in service could have been a bit more refined but wasn't a big issue.

Amazing stay at Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica. The location was perfect , walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, shopping, and many restaurants. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The rooftop views were beautiful, especially at sunset. Great combination of luxury and convenience in the heart of Rome. Would definitely stay here agai

The staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean. The reception was the normal size for a bell desk, which there was none. The location was excellent, with cafes, ancient Roman sites and people watching was perfect. However, the rooms were tiny. There was barely room to open our suitcases and walk around the perimeter of the room at the same time. The balcony was small with a roof view(not a pretty one of the city). The bathroom only had 1 small sink, which would’ve been sufficient for one person, but definitely not 2. Lastly, the elevator fit the 2 of us plus 2 large suitcases only. We were not offered a room upgrade, although I have gold status with Expedia. Bottom line. The hotel was adequate for our 1 night stay, but request the largest room in the hotel and don’t expect a lot of space during your stay.

This hotel was everything we could've asked for. This was our first visit to Rome and Italy. We stayed for 5 days, 4 nights. Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Roman forum and Vittoriano. The reception team were welcoming, explained services and were very kind. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The room smelled amazing. That good, I will be getting myself the room fragrance used! Rooms were cleaned and change daily. Breakfast was great, had all allergens clearly labelled. Staff were very welcoming. We were very pleased with Raluca, who was very engaging, she welcomed us every morning with a smile on her face and made sure we had everything we needed. It was great to talk to her about the hotel, our countries and Rome. She was very knowledgeable about the city and we had a great conversation. She was fantastic, so thank you Raluca. This will be a hotel I would recommend and will hopefully be back there in the near future! Thank you to the whole team as it s huge effort to maintain such a good quality service.

Although we were kindly upgraded to a suite, our stay was mixed. The suite was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with excellent amenities. However, the room showed clear signs of wear, with damaged walls that need urgent refurbishment. The main issue was the air conditioning, which was concealed in the ceiling and struggled in the July heat and humidity, making the suite warm. We also found a towel hanging inside the ceiling area, which was unusual. Overall, we appreciated the upgrade, cleanliness, and amenities, but the room condition and cooling system was quite average for the price tag.
