The property was very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and the man who checked us in gave us a recommendation about where we could grab dinner.

The staff was awesome. Stayed in the Kingsize Bed room with full tub. Very clean. I loved the restraunt across the street one block down Pizza/steak. We went twice. Walked to the Bus Pink stop. they had people selling you tickets. They actually Hwalked us to their office and purchased ride/on off with pink bus and got a full free day. These got us around all the events/tourist places. We did alot of walking for sure. We actually walked from hotel to the Trevi Fountain. I found a leather shop as we went down the hill on left side. He makes leather jackets and purses. great deal. custom jobs too. Breakfast was amazing. Boiled eggs, fruit, cheeses, juices, cafe/cappuccino machine, olives, veggies, yogurt, cakes, croissants were amazing.

Positive: - The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well throughout our stay. - The breakfast was good, although it would have been even better if there had been some hot food options available. - There are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area. - The location is excellent, with easy access to most attractions and the train station. Negative: - The double room was very small for a 4-star hotel. - Every day when we returned to our floor, there was a strong smell resembling a gutter or sewage leak. It was less noticeable inside the room. - The shower tap was very small, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower after a long, sweaty day.

The hotel is in the city center, close to central station, about 7 minutes walk. Breakfast is ok, staff is polite friendly. It is difficult to find curb side parking, I have to park the car few blocks away and 4 euro for 8 hours. The room does not have kettle, even the power outlet is difficult to find. There is only one.

Really good!!

The hotel is in a very safe location. It was quiet, and the rooms had everything you need for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty options.

The hotel is well-maintained, has a great breakfast spread, and has friendly staff. I'd like to thank Laura on the front desk for her hospitality and excellent recommendations for dining. Overall, a great experience!

The hotel is in a very well connected location, the staff are very nice and attentive. We found the room very comfortable and clean. However, the heating was always on and that led to a very high room temperature. Unfortunately, we could not regulate the heater.

Great staff, good location near Termini. It’s definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The walls are dirty and everything is old and ragged. Needs an immediate renovation. Very good breakfast.

Perfectly acceptable hotel for a short stay in Rome. Room was clean, if a little dated and the walls were quite thin. However, as a base for exploring it was ideal and we never spent much time in the room anyway. The hotel is only a short walk from Castro Pretorio metro station so getting about was great. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good, with plenty of options.

Great place to stay during your city break.

I had a great experince staying here. It is very quiet and close to the metro. The staff is very professional and helpful, the room was cleaned every day with towels changed every day. I had a wonderful holiday and the hotel was a great part of it.
