Cracking little B&B, top location and owner

Booked this hotel originally because of the price and guest rating and we were not let down!! Hotel is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to all the main sights and right down the road from the Vatican. Lots of fantastic restaurants and bars literally outside the front door. Aldo the owner was a fantastic host and incredibly accommodating. Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. Good breakfast, clean rooms with ensuite, excellent location, fantastic owner.

Fantastische B&B in mooie wijk!

Aldo (de eigenaar) is een jonge, enthousiaste en zeer behulpzame jongen. Geen moeite is hem te veel. Hij legt alles goed uit, kent de stad en alle leuke hotpots goed. Iedere ochtend staat er een heerlijk ontbijt klaar met door zijn moeder zelfgebakken koekjes. Echt een toplocatie op een mooie plek in deze indrukwekkende stad. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug. L hôtel est très bien situé près du Vatican dans un immeuble de charme. L accueil est très chaleureux. La chambre est luxueuse et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Un sans faute!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Rom

Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Hotel liegt günstig an einer Verkaufsstraße und man kann Rom von hier zu Fuß erkunden. Die Hotelbesitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse umfangreich. Wir vergeben 5 von 5 Sternen. Immer wieder gerne!

B&B cosy - accueil irréprochable - très bien placé

Bed & Breakfast idéalement placé dans Rome. Tout se fait à pieds : le Vatican et la place Saint Pierre (10-15 min), la villa Borghese (10-15 min) et le début quartier antique (15-20 min). Même le bus en provenance de l'aéroport s'arrête à 5 minutes à pieds de l'hôtel ! Bed & Breakfast très chaleureux avec un accueil irréprochable ! L'hôte vous partage les bons plans de la ville à votre arrivée, les liens pour réserver vos visites à l'avance ... et le matin, il vous prépare un bon petit déjeuner entre ses oeufs au plat, brouillés, à la coque, ses salades de fruits et jus pressés ainsi que les nombreux gâteaux cuisinés par "sa mama" ! Du vrai home made :) Les chambres sont très confortables avec une déco très sympa. Juste ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur cour, donc aucun bruit la nuit même avec la fenêtre ouverte ! A voir pour les chambres donnant sur la place et l'avenue (elles paraissaient en revanche plus spacieuses et lumineuses) Un B&B que je recommande les yeux fermés pour un week-end en amoureux !

Amazing place

Owned and operated by a great Italian family, very friendly and so so very helpful Aldo the son makes maxing coffee, knows the city very well and had great recs for tours and restaurants Lori the mother bakes like the Angels Beautiful place, does not look like much from the outside but it is comfortable, clean, cozy, family friendly, very close to Vatican (walking distance), 3 blocks from metro. We would love to visit again and we highly recommend this B&B Oh, almost forgot....hot a la cart breakfast.....delicious!!!!

one of the best places to stay.

If u r looking for a stay in Rome, I strongly recommend this place. one of the best places. Location is awesome. not far from city central, at the same time really close to vatican area. this is not a hotel. this is better than hotel. it has no specific reception. But Aldo, the manager, more like a family, is always there for u to help u, 24 hours. Breakfast is free, which Aldo makes by himself. but, everthing in fridge; (juice. milk, wine, yogurt) and cookies, snacks and cereals r all free for 24 hours, which was awesome. since it s not a reception system, u should tell Aldo when u will arrive at Rome before u go, by email. He will email u first, after u make a reservation. u may be confused at the first time, because it s not hotel, but after u meet him, everything is fine. nothing to worry. and he will tell u and recommend u many places, routes, and restaurants u should try in Rome.

We loved everything about this B&B! Aldo, the owner, was so accommodating and very helpful with great advice in regards to getting around the city. His recommendations for dining were wonderful! During our recent stay in Rome it was so very hot, and so we were very thankful for the air conditioning!! Breakfast was lovely and we would definitely return to this little gem! The b&b is everything you need when staying in rome, aldo will answer any questions that you could have and will go out of his way to help you. It is a little further out from the old part of town however it is all an easy walk away or there are metro stations nearby to use

Eternal Rome

This B&B is great. It's 10 minutes from the Vatican and 4 blocks from a metro stop. A longer walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. Our host Aldo was great and his Mom was there in the morning to make scrambled eggs or omelets for breakfast. The room was very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend it.

Une super adresse pour découvrir Rome

Bel hôtel, moderne avec des chambres spacieuses, propres et décorées avec goût. Un accueil et des renseignements très précieux pour la découverte de Rome avec toutes les astuces à connaître. Hôtel à taille humaine, tenu par différents membres d'une même famille. Merci à la "mama" pour les biscuits maisons: délicieux et toutes les autres attentions de ses enfants. Hôtel très bien situé, permettant de découvrir Rome à pied. Wi-fi gratuit. Juste un petit bémol sur l'isolation des chambres (réveil le matin par les bruits de la rue et la préparation du petit-déjeuner).
