Ideally located, very peaceful, all mod cons, tastefully decorated, completely renovated, in the heart of Rome, near to the Vatican City - is a 10 minutes by walking - Piazza di Spagna is a 15 minutes by walking, Piazza del Popolo is a 10 minutes by walking, stop metro (Lepanto) is 200 meters, shops, supermarkets, restourants, pubs, taxi station are just few minutes away. Situated 40 meters from the River Tiber in an elegant and quiet environment, near to the historic sites of Rome, near to the metro station (Lepanto) and major bus lines, which makes it unnecessary to use the car.
The apartment is quiet and safe, fully air-conditioned, the decor is modern and cheerful, with a choice of color tones that make the space cozy and pleasant. There is a flat screen television equipped with a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped for the most demanding chef with electric induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster, fridge freezer and there is also a wi-fi super-fast fiber optic completely free.
The master bedroom has a large and comfortable bed and the sofa in the living room needed can be transformed into a comfortable bed for the 3rd and 4th guests

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood close to a metro and but also walkable to many attractions. Costantino is a great host and provided us with helpful suggestions of what to see and do as well as a generous welcome supply of assorted provisions. We would definately stay here again.

Rome vacation

Check in and check out were great. Location was great. Easy access to buses, metro, cabs etc. Great location for food and site seeing. Costantino had breakfast treats for us each morning. He gave us a change of sheets and towels in the middle of our stay which was nice. I have visited Europe quite frequently in the past and the apartment was very adequate. Would stay again if visiting Rome.

Great location and comfortable bed

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was not very good, but it got the job done. Host was very nice and gave recommendations on places to eat and maps to help get around.

Accommodation near Vatican

Unit was quaint and safe, we where able to walk around at night time for food easily. Talking with host can be challenging as his english is limited. There was some food, water, milk, coffee cockies and wine supplied that was very much appreciated and used

Nice place

Constantino provided a nice place for us to stay. Located a short walk from Piazza del Popolo as well as bus and metro stops. Gated entrance to the front door left us feeling very safe!

Super location

This spot was a great location to tour Rome. It was within walking distance to many attractions and very close to the subway lines and bus routes should you opt to use the public transit. Restaurants were close by as well. The owner was very nice and answered any questions we had. Definitely would recommend this apartment.

Host was really great. Had wine and snacks there for us, and he’d written down house rules and restaurant recommendations, very helpful!! Bed was comfortable and air conditioned!!! Great location!

Great location, fantastic host!

We really enjoyed our stay. Costatino's place has everything you need. He even welcomed us with snacks and beverages upon arrival. The location is great as a central spot for visiting all the sites in Rome. We will be back. It was also a huge bonus having great A.C in the 100 degree weather. Comfortable, cute space!

Excellent stay

The host was gracious, very informative and great communicator. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to transportation, groceries, restaurants and bars. It is about 20 to 25 minute walk to the main attractions. The host has the place fully stocked with plenty of essential needs and more; comfortable bed. We are looking forward to returning here on our next visit.

Constantino, the owner, lives nearby and was extremely helpful. He even sent a taxi and allowed me to check-in early which was great since my flight arrived at 8 am. The location was near the metro and the apartment very quiet. Excellent.

We were very nicely greated by the host with coffee and snacks. We liked the location, we were able to do everything by foot. The bed is also very comfortable. However, the appartment isn't so nicely maintained, rust in the shower, scratches on the walls, a few spiders. But we still enjoyed our stay!

Quiet comfortable place not far from downtown

Very quiet neighborhood and just right for a week's stay if breakfast is not a must have. Taxi drivers knew the street and most cab rides were under 10 Euros from the place. Host even had a few snacks and drinks in the kitchen for his guests and rules laid out on multiple printed sheets in English. Just what we needed.

Perfect stay in Rome

Extremely happy with the accommodations. Although Signore Biondi spoke extremely little English he was extremely friendly and helpful with the check in process. Google translate works to perfection. The apt was in perfect location to Vatican and central Rome. Very secure premise. Great surrounding neighborhood and moments from Metro stop. Not the Ritz but very clean and comfortable. Plus the AC worked great. Will certainly stay here again next time we are in Rome.

Good area for Vatican and other sites

Pros: It was a quiet place in close proximity to Vatican. The host was responsive and helpful. It was nice to get some treats upon arrival and recommendations for restaurants in the area. Cons: the shower leaked from the top and could benefit from some repairs. Wifi would stop working each night and then come back in the morning. Overall, it was a decent stay at a reasonable price.

Ideal Location

The host did everything he could to accommodate our needs along with giving clear instructions on how to get to the major sights. Although the apartment provided for basic needs it could use a face lift and a thorough cleaning. The shower stall in particular is in need of replacement. Close to the subway line and a market. A lovely walk along the Tiber into the historic centre is a delight.

Anniversary trip

We stayed at Constantine’s apartment in Rome for 3 days during the Ryder Cup golf tournament in Rome. We found the apartment cozy, quiet and secure. The shower had nice warm/hot water, the bed was firm and comfortable and the apartment is very close to the Metro. Costantino is awesome!

I stayed here and felt extremely safe. The apartment is in a nice area of Rome. Costantino left us with snacks, coffee, and drinks. He gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do. He also provided us with information on where the closest market was, where the train station was, contact information for him and his daughter (who speaks english) and so much more. I could not say enough good things about him! Great place to stay and in good proximity to almost everything you would want to see in Rome!

Fantastic location

We love the location of the property. Constantino makes us feel welcome , we didn’t have any communication problems even though he doesn’t speak English. He has a completely book with instructions of how to get to each one of the tourist places on different languages. The restaurant sugestiones were a big hit, real Italian food, the connivence of the big supermarket few blocks from the property was good for us. We will book his place again without hesitation . Thank you for having us and for the coffee and welcome pastries.

quiet, convenient location

We arrived a bit late but couldn't communicate because the VRBO app was inoperable. That made me feel bad for Constantino, who was expecting us. Our booked apartment had repair needs that came up, so had us stay in another unit, larger and with all the same amenities in the same building. It was wonderful. The location was very quiet, but very convenient to walk or take the metro to everything. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. All the supplies in the kitchen were a nice touch and very welcome after a frustrating travel day.

Perfect spot in Prati!

I'll start off by saying what a great host Costantino is. He definitely went above and beyond and is always responsive. We arrived very late and he had arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and had groceries and wine for us. The apartment is well located in Prati and within walking distance to everything in Rome. It was well equipped with everything we needed and 2 adults and 2 teens slept very comfortably. We visited in August and the air conditioning was working amazingly well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there is a store within a 5 minute walk to pick up groceries and necessities. I would definitely stay here again. A+

Rome Condo

The room was very convenient to the Metro, which was very nice, and the owner is quick To reply and attentive. We had some issues with check in, as we never received the check in instructions and communication with the owner was difficult because he does not speak English. Additionally, there is no method for self check-in. We had to wait for the owner to meet us at the gate, which is difficult as you are standing there with your luggage, you are tired, and you are only 90% sure you are in the right place. It is not new or modern by any stretch, but we were comfortable here.

Nice size apartment close to Metro

Constantino was amazing! Eventhough he didn’t speak English, we used Google translate and VRBO messages to communicate. He was very responsive. Constantino was generous with the kitchen amenities providing a bottle of wine, cookies, bottled water etc. More so than an average places we stayed at in Italy. Its a nice size apartment and comfortable for 2, but can easily fit in another person or 2 if needed. We had an issue with the toilet but it was quickly fixed the next day by the time we got home from our site seeing. The a/c and heat unit work nicely. The apartment is gated which gives extra security. Constantino lives in the next building which makes it easy to arrange for check in. The early check in was nice! Metro is 5 minute walk. There are restaurants within 10 minute walk or less radius. Can even walk to the Vatican and some attractions in half hour. For the price, comfort and location, this apartment is good. You aren't paying for a 4 star hotel so don't expect a 4 star place. But Constantino treated us very well. I would stau here again.
