The location near the train station was great, and the interior was clean. However, there is no towel replacement service, so if you stay for more than two days, you have to wash and dry your own towels after showering. I had never seen this mentioned in the listing, so I contacted the host. They simply told me that they don't provide room cleaning services and told me to contact the booking site instead. It was very inconvenient regarding the towels, so I would not choose to stay here again if I were staying for two days or more.

J’ai trouvé facilement l’établissement, qui est à 5 minutes à peine de termini, dans une rue calme. Il est juste à noter qu’il est au troisième et l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas toujours. La chambre était bien préparée et propre. Par contre la communication est compliquée. Pas de réponse aux messages à partir de l’application, aucun mail pour pouvoir les joindre. Donc si tout va bien aucun problème, si vous avez des choses à demander etc c’est plus compliqué. J’ai essayé d’écrire sur le mail inscrit dans l’armoire mais je n’ai jamais obtenu de réponse. Je me suis donc débrouillée moi même mais c’est moyen… Le paiement des taxes de séjour se fait en ligne en amont du séjour et j’ai reçu plusieurs fois le même lien alors que j’avais payé. J’ai dû contacter hôtel.com pour qu’ils me répondent. Contacter hôtel.com est d’ailleurs tout aussi périlleux dans la mesure où c’est un chat et qu’on ne peut pas quitter la page tant que tout n’est pas réglé! Je dirais donc que j’ai aimé mon séjour, mais il faut que tout se passe bien! Peut être aussi juste que je suis passée à côté d’un mail autre où la réponse est immédiate! Et dans ce cas peut être faudrait il le mettre dans le document d’entrée. Mais cela mis à part c’était un chouette séjour!

Ar-condicionado não funciona. Elevador quebrado. Serviço de atendimento ignora mensagens mesmo em situações de urgência. Estávamos com uma cadeirante e informamos defeito do elevador, não nos davam resposta. Tivemos de ficar ligando e insistindo. Não tem recolhimento de lixo ou troca de pano de chão.
