In a quite street, where you can still find old Italian artisans at works. Safe and well connected with the most important sites of interest. The studio is suitable for a couple but a very confortable double sofa bed is available for two children. Few minutes walking from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori, ten minutes walking from the Vatican . A short walk to the Archeological Area & Coloseum. Family run, with years of experience. 2nd floor of an elegant and residential ancient building, with decorated wood ceiling, fully equipped kitchen corner (mini fridge, electric kettle ,microwave, electric fires), table and chairs, double bed - queen size -, double sofa bed, flat tv, wireless connection. Although the apartment is on a high floor (second / third USA with elevator) and overlooking on a quite and small pedestrian street, the windows are all new and feature anti-noise glasses. Bathroom with very large and comfortable shower. hair dryer available. Iron and iron board. Air conditioned/heating. WiFi free and fast connection. Sleeps 4, though we suggest they should be close friends or family. The laudromat is one minute walking.Well connected with the public transport. Baby cot, available on request. Careful cleaning and sanitation. Bed linen and towels are provided by a professional laundry. Washed at high temperature and sanitized. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant for surfaces available to our guests. Rome accommodation tax ( euro 6 guest/night- adult>10 , first 10 days) is not included in the price. They should be paid in cash at the check-in. This apartment has been approved and licensed by the Official Tourist Board of Rome to assure high quality service and reliability. The location is phenomenal - the Vatican & other Rome tourist spots easily within walking distance or short taxi ride. There are even a restaurant, a grocery store, a church and a taxi hub right next door. Also, Olivia, our host, was super helpful and communicative. She often checked up on us about our stay. The apartment was clean and felt secure even with it being the center of Rome. If there were any improvements that would be made, we would say that it would be nice to have a few more kitchen utensils (spatula, smaller frying pan, cutting board, chef's knife), and to make sure to clean the refrigerator and under the toilet. We also wish that there were a couple more trash bins for the various recycling categories. The bed was comfortable, and Olivia gave us some great recommendations. The apartment could have been slightly better equipped. It needs hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on near the shower. Also the very basic kitchen, could use a spatula and little spoons (there were only soup spoons). Also extra garbage bags for people like us staying a little longer. There is a kitchen section with equipments but it is just good enough for breakfast with boiled eggs and toast. I don’t recommend to any seniors. The unit was clean, quiet, spacious, and easy to find. We didn't meet the host but didn't need to. We communicated via Whats app and found the host quick to respond and the directions to access the room were clear and easy to follow. The location is amazing, apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed and Olivia is an excellent host who also helped us with airport transportation. Check-in was a breeze. Quiet in the evening. The charm of the historic building added to our enjoyment. 10/10 recommend. She was easy to reach and very responsive. Her appartment extremely clean and was amazingly well located. We didnt need to a take bus or metro. We were able to walk to all major attractions. 5 min to piazza Navona and Pantheon..15 min to Castel Sant Angelo..and 30 min to Vatican and Colosseum. There was so much to see along the way that you didnt even feel the longer walks. Travelled with my husband and children 11 and 13 and they did not complain once. The appartment was in walking distance of many restaurants. We found our accommodation was situated in a very convenient area and was incredibly secure. We walked everywhere and found many places for meals and coffee that were not on the usual tourist trail. Thank goodness!! We enjoyed a couple of meals in the restaurant right next door. Very handy. The studio is fine for 2 people, but would be somewhat "cosy" for more.
