Apartment was as advertised and in a great location. Lots of walkable cafes and pizzerias nearby. The host provided plenty of recommendations and was very friendly and responsive!
Great location when you want something walkable to the central station. A little gritty as you leave the train station but cleans up nice once you reach the church. Apartment was big and comfortable, nice to have two bathrooms. Felt very safe and enjoyed our stay very much.
Roomy, clean, quiet apartment that met all our needs. Apartment was located in a less touristy part of town which we loved. Nearby restaurants, grocery store, public transportation made our stay painless. A bit more toilet paper and towels would have helped our family of 5. Great spot for families and couples.
We found our stay to be just what we needed cold and comfortable. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable outside, but our apartment was cool and relaxing inside.
Very well-appointed for two small families. The neighborhood was quaint and interesting. Just far enough from all the madness elsewhere. I would highly recommend!
The apartment was very clean and lovely. The Red ones were nice. There were lots of clean towels and it was wonderful having two full bathrooms.
The only small drawback was that the sofa bed was not very comfortable,a s usual, but the other three beds were excellent They were also super great about letting us drop our bags off early as possible. Highly recommended.

Rome in September
Apartment was beautiful, close to a couple of good eats and corner store ride outside for any last minute needs that may come up. Apartment was spacious for 6 adults. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean. 5 minute walk to a taxi stand, which we had to take everywhere, unless you enjoy 20 minute walks to every thing, bring comfy shoes PLEASE!!! Check in and out was pretty straight forward. Ran outta toilet paper and had no paper towels in kitchen, quick fix with the store right outside of building. Overall great stay, if want a later check out remember to ask days ahead, owner is slow to respond but eventually will get back to you and is very sweet.
Our family of five had a great stay, plenty of space and very clean. The water pressure and temperature were great. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. Our host was responsive and very helpful. There was also good information at the rental about things to do around town.
Well kept and great location! We had 6 adults stay comfortably in this apartment. Easy walking to many historic sights. We also had a blast spending the end of the night at Druids Den just down from the apartment.

Well furnished clean apartment. Large rooms and bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Would definitely stay again.
Clean, well-appointed, spacious apt for a large family. Close to train and metro stations, supermarkets, restaurants, and a 20-30 min walk to the City Center. Property manager was super responsive once we arrived.
We stayed here for one night and it worked out well after we figured out how to get in. It was a little tricky, but we figured it out. The hot water wasn’t turned turned on until we hunted for the hot water heater. Host was helpful and answered questions right away.

Live Like a Local was the perfect base for our family trip to Rome. The apartment is right in the city center, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and major attractions like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Opera House, and several churches. Public transportation—bus, metro, taxi, and trains—was also close by, making it easy to reach everything else.
The host was exceptional. They were always available, quick to respond, and provided a detailed welcome guide with everything from emergency numbers and local history to nearby markets, kid-friendly activities, metro stops, and even a suggested “church crawl.” It was an invaluable resource that helped us feel at home and explore with confidence.
The apartment itself was ideal for our group of eight. With four bedrooms (five beds), two bathrooms, a kitchen, and an elevator up to the third floor, it had all the space and comfort we needed. Our stay was so enjoyable that we extended it from 7 to 10 days, and the host made the process seamless—helping us add activities and get the most out of our time in Rome.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The combination of a great location, spacious apartment, and a host who went above and beyond truly made our vacation unforgettable.
The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with teens+. The location is very good, just off a Main Street and near so many attractions. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the spaces. The beds were comfortable. It was great to have laundry available too. We loved the coffee-maker and coffee supply! I would suggest that the owners double check the cookware, it needs to be replaced/updated and also instructions on how to use/turn on appliances-it's different from our home in the US. Communication was good once we arrived, but it took awhile to get responses to questions beforehand which can be stressful as one plans from another timezone and country. Luckily my questions were eventually addressed and accommodated. Overall, I would definitely book here again and I hope I can return to beautiful Rome!

Modern Convenience in Rome
This apartment was one of the most modern places we stayed in during our 17 day tour of Italy! It is located in the Monti section of Rome, an older neighborhood with established stores and lots of locals! If you want to see The Colosseum, this is a great location to make your base——-it is about a 10-15 minutes walk down the street and not a far walk from the train station at all!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental was great! High ceilings and very modern! Plenty of towels and all fixtures were in working order! You come into a huge kitchen, which is great if you plan on doing some cooking! There is actually a dryer with the washing machine here, a rarity in Italy!
The only thing we couldn’t get working was the WiFi, even after resetting it, but there is WiFi available at stores nearby! The heating works great here too—-each room has its own unit above that we used for heating since it was chilly in March.
This would be the perfect place if you have 4 or more and was a great price!
We were only for one night, It's was great. Very clean, and beautiful apartment.
12 min walk from the colosseum, the only thing is that the elevator is very small, we were with a child wheelchair so we managed.

Nice Apartment, but has some issues.
The apartment was nicely furnished and the rooms were spacious. Unfortunately a couple of the AC units in the bedrooms did not work and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Fortunately we only stated one day, so we did not have to endure it too long. There also was no one there to greet us, so we have to figure out how to get into the apartment over the phone. It is in a short alley street, so its not so easy to find. The bar across the street was open till late at night so there was noise to contend with as well.
This was a great apartment within walking distance from the train station. Near many restaurants and shops in the Monti area, and we even walked to the Colosseum less than a mile away. The apartment had all the things we needed including a washer/dryer, and enough rooms to give our kids their own rooms. Great place!
