Easy one level access to rooms. Quiet setting. I was in for one week for a film shoot at Cornell and was able to get my gear in and out of my car and safely time my room with ease. Very close to P & C grocery store and excellent fare at College Town bagels where I grabbed great salads at days end. Appreciate the heat the room provided in raw weather and used both the microwave and mini fridge daily.

Travel to Ithaca a couple times a year and usually stay in one of the chain hotels in the city. But this most recent trip, I chose this lovely inn, as all of the usual spots were either booked or were priced out of my range for the level of accommodations. And my wife and I enjoyed our time very much.. Comfortable and charming. Definitely recommend it and hope to return. The Dempsey Suite was a great choice.

The only thing in the lobby was water. In the past there has been coffee or tea and even hot cider (packet). There was nno cocoa in the room (as in the past) and even though it was early May, the weather was chilly.

Was a beautiful cabin right in the middle of the wineries on the East side of the lake. Also very close to boat ramps if you are planning a fishing trip. Great amenities as all you need is clothes and food. Definitely a place I would like to return to on another trip in the future.

We had a great time at Lake Seneca and the house worked very well for 2 families.The cons: AC not available in one room and too noisy in another upstairs. Ladder on the pier broken and not usable. Too expensive in the current state but a little work and it will be a great place to stay (again).
