One my wife got to the hotel the room they gave her was dirty and had no internet. She asked the staff if she could switch rooms they obliged but the second one she got was dirty and had cockroach’s. She asked again if they can move her to a cleaner room and they did it wasn’t to dirty but the key card they gave her didn’t work for the room. I tried to get in contact with the manager but she was never in so they provided her email but unfortunately it wasn’t a valid email to contact.

I don't want to be too down on the place, for the most part it's clean and it fits the bill. The bed was comfortable to me, my wife didn't like it, but to each their own. There was a used kleenex left underneath one of our nightstands, but I'm not really knocking it for that. The check in process is kind of ridiculous. I do all this stuff online only to find out that I have to do more when I get there. The hours to use the amenities in the middle -including the games- are really restrictive. I think you're only allowed to use the area from 9am-8pm. If you use the kitchen, you are warned that if you don't clean it to their satisfaction, you get charged $50, so we just avoided that altogether. Lots of room windows, so we had to close all the mini blinds: curtains instead would be nice to add privacy but still let light in. There's no real usable desk in the room which means you can't do any work there. It's meant to sleep four but they only give you two towels. The manager lives on site in one of the units. She was friendly, but I kind of felt like she was there to watch over your shoulder all the time. I get the vibe from the place that there are cameras everywhere, and that they probably can and do watch them from the manager's apartment. One time I left my room and she seemingly ran out of her apartment and looked to see who it was that was leaving. It was kind of weird. So, would I stay there again? Yeah if I needed to. But I'll look for other accommodations first.
