"The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"We booked a room and they gave us a different room with a smaller bed, we were on our honeymoon and they refused to compensate for their mistake. Instead offered a different room for 1/3 nights and 2 drinks from the bar which was a joke my wife and I don’t drink which they didn’t even bother to ask. The property is still under construction so there’s that and they played music around the property pretty loud till midnight which was annoying when we were trying to sleep "

"Beautifully clean and superbly equipped villa. Aircon and everything all working perfectlyLovely welcome and owners were very helpful via WhatsApp if we needed anythingBeautiful olive grove surroundings and roof terrace views, and an easy 20min walk down to the beach with a couple of bars/restaurants, a small shop and a newly opened deli al nearby. Good swimming in the various sandy sections and often nobody else nearby in SeptemberAnother review mentioned cameras. There are some outside and in the hall for security while the property is empty, but we were shown the disconnection of these on our arrivalWe had an amazing few weeks and would happily stay again. Thank you Claudia and Gerrit :)"
