"I reserved a non smoking room and was given a room that wreaked of cigarette smoke. I requested to change rooms and got a room with a filthy bathroom. The cleaning staff argued with me that the room was not dirty, but front desk person agreed that I was correct. I do have pictures. I will be requesting a refund due to having to find a different place to stay."
