“We have stayed in this area before and were very pleased with this property. We went to the different beaches and ate at many of our favorite places. My grandson improved his swimming skills. We all loved sitting on the dock by the canal. Great place and location.”

“Fantastic villa with several comfortable seating areas inside and out. Outside bbq / social area was a standout feature. High tech Light switches took a bit of getting used to - but probably more down to us! We hired some bikes and enjoyed our morning rides. If you don't know the area; the excursions we really enjoyed included Gilchrist Park and Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda, Boca Grande and walk around lakes at Broadmoor Park in Rotonda West itself. Dustin was great host.”

“The property is nice . Unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of the pool , because we were rarely at the house .. Everything was as advertised. We did have issues with the A/C system , which I notified the owners of . And said they will address. Over all a great stay . We rent in large groups very often all over the country , and one of our must haves is the bathroom for each bedroom , so A+++ ON that . That is something that you cant always find .”

“We really enjoyed the house and the pool. It was very private as it backed onto some green space and the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. We spent a lot of time relaxing around the pool and playing games in the lanai.”

“Week long vacation for just husband and I - had a great vacation. This house is clean, nice location near several of our favorite beaches such as Stumps Pass, Manasota Beach and Boca Grande, which are approx. 15 minutes away. Drove further one day to spend the day at Sanibel Island, another favorite beach. Pool here is heated, solar and electric or gas (not sure which) but perfect warm temp.
