“Spacious and clean country home. Plenty of room for our whole family. The Walking trails were nice with a grocery store nearby but don't miss out on a delicious meal at The Clachan.”

“Exactly what I wanted for an extended stay. Was able to get in and out seamlessly, and when my flight was delayed by several days, my fellow renter had no problems getting the keys for both of us.I want a kitchen like that in my own house.”

“The property was a great size and so are the rooms. Local to the town centre. There was parking but not always outside or in view from the property. The only negatives I have are: The beds (especially in the main/big) are very uncomfortable. All the beds and mattress need replacing completely. It was quite expensive based on 3 nights for 2 adults and a baby. I appreciate that it can accommodate 8 people but maybe a reduced price based on how many guest are staying if not full capacity. ”

“The Badan was a lovely place to stay. The cottage was modern but cozy. Colin was a lovely host, meeting us upon arrival and showing us around the house, making sure we were comfortable and knew where everything was. We were only there for one night but I will definitely return if we are ever in the area again. ”

“We stayed in the jungle room. The room was upstairs we thought it was joined to hot tub area a quick walk through the stunning house to private garden area was beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff could not do anymore to make our stay amazing. Make sure to bring cash for cocktails and honesty shop. Fire pit was lovely to sit at in the evening also.”

“Amazing stay here. We flew in from the US and this was a one night stay for our main rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. Owner was so helpful and went over all procedures for the hot tub and wood burning pizza oven. They even had a honesty shop and fire wood. Will be back. Great stay from a great host!”

“Auchendennan is a great base for the area and the cottages offer a very pleasant environment. We enjoyed our stay but would suggest the following areas which could be improved. The equipment in the cottage was not great considering the premium price. Our bin was broken and had to have a weight put on top to hold it shut. There are insufficient power sockets especially close to the bed. The layout of the room was suboptimal in that you could either have the table out or the sofa in a position……
