Convenient location next to the train station but a bit grungy and tired looking. Need to clean the carpets and paint. Not very inviting after a long day travelling

We had a great couple of nights at the hotel. The pod arrangement is unique and makes for a memorable stay. The staff are fantastic and a special mention to Maxim the cocktail mixologist. The spa facilities are excellent with the pool at the perfect temperature. The only slight negative points were, the rooms do not have air conditioning and we stayed during a heatwave. The buffet restaurant is not that great, I was expecting something better given that the other restaurant has a Michelin star.

"Great location, Very Clean room, but stairways were grubby. Comfy bed, great shower and large fluffy towels. Staff ok. We booked a superior room due to no standard available.
