This property also features a cozy living room including a gas fireplace with a sofa bed. Whether you're looking to relax in the spacious bedrooms, on the large outside deck or unwind in the living area, guests will find everything they need for a perfect stay. The basement is a game room with a pool table & air hockey. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Perfectly located minutes to downtown, the racetrack, casinos, winter park & golf. Lots of wildlife & breath taking views.

Friends weekend getaway

Weekend stay was good. Only thing was that house did not have condiments nor any cooking necessities such as salt pepper cooking oil. Other rentals in the past have the basic cooking essentials. Minor issue with ants in one bathroom which we took care off with bug spray.Suggest checkout time be extended to hotel checkout times 11-12. Most people like getting ready and eating breakfast before checkout. Getting charged extra for leaving at 1030 vs 1000 is ridiculous

Quick one night trip

The house is nice, in quiet neighborhood, but didn't seem quite ready to have guests. There were no linens or pillowcases for the sofa sleeper and the towels for the hot tub were still damp (not dried properly), although it was nice to have towels for the hot tub. The host was very quick to respond to messages, which was very nice, but unfortunately she could not deliver linens/ pillowcases for the sofa sleeper. She also charged us 50 for checking out a half hour late, on a Sunday morning.
