Hacienda style homes are a great bonus when planning your trip to the Frio! RUSTIC TAVERN is a 4 bedroom home with 4 ½ baths – each bedroom includes a full bath and private entry with individual heating and cooling for your convenience! RUSTIC TAVERN is a great Hill Country home that sleeps 22 in beds! Come and enjoy with your family and friends! Features include beach entry swimming pool, outdoor cabana, safety fence surrounding the pool and deck area, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, horseshoes, spacious outdoor courtyard area, and picnic tables. Also for your family and friends to enjoy, volleyball, horseshoes, and playset. The design and layout of the outdoor space is perfect for your BBQ and entertaining. The large living and kitchen area has flat screen TV, DVD, bar area, indoor fireplace, and surround sound stereo. All the conveniences of home can be found at RUSTIC TAVERN. There is an additional eating/serving bar in the kitchen with extra seating. The home is located just minutes from the Club at Concan and golf course, the House Pasture Restaurant concert venue, and the clear waters of the Frio River. Only 15 minutes from the popular Garner State Park. Make RUSTIC TAVERN your annual Frio River vacation destination and start those unforgettable memories on the Frio! To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available. Beds were comfortable but the blankets that were left looked like they were 30 years old. It was not the cleanest and certainly not kept up like it should or could be with things most people would expect in vacation home. The pool was dirty and there was no way to clean because the net was ripped out on pole and the jets barely circulated the water. The air vents were disgusting and that was something that could have easily been prevented. We were not told the washer and dryer were broken and unavailable which would not have changed our reservations but would have changed what we packed so it would have been nice if someone told us ahead of time but no one did. The BBQ pit is more like a smoker and the grate was so high, it made it very difficult to BBQ food. These things were all very preventable but clearly ignored by the management. The best feature of this house was room set up/privacy for each family and the surround sound indoor/outdoor radio.
