"It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment.
