We stayed at this property a few years ago and were impressed. This time not as much ( early April). The new owner clearly is not as focused on keeping propery up. The breakfast is no longer provided by the restaurant and they are clearly cutting corners on costs. The weekend staff Easter weekend were laughable. From sitting in view of patrons with feet on desk. To lying on front desk watching movies on their phone. That being said the location of this place is excellent. The rooms are spacious and have a lot of character. Just needs a bit of up keep and some staff coaching.

The unit was spacious, well-kept, and gorgeous! I was completely satisfied with the unit itself, the amenities offered, and the location in Montréal. It is right next to this really good restaurant/bar called Makāo's that offers a discount for staying with Rozenhaus. 10/10 would stay again!

It was nice having a separate bedroom and kitchenette.There was no stove but there was a large refrigerator and a microwave, and a Keurig for fresh coffee and tea every day.
