Come and enjoy with friends and/or family this beautiful house located in the small town of Saint Mathurin, close to the shops and entertainment of the Vendée coast.

It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in a quiet small country village while having quick access to the joys of the coast and the nearby seaside, get together with family for the holidays, with friends for a weekend, with colleagues for a stay of cohesion, with sportsmen for a surf trip...

The house has 4 bedrooms including a master suite with a double bed (160cm wide), a large dressing room (where you can store your suitcases, clothes...), a large bathroom with a double sink unit, a toilet and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom with a 2nd double bed (160cm wide), a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, a 4th bedroom with 2 other single beds for a sleeping capacity of 8 people for the main house.

There is an outbuilding studio right next to the house which offers a sofa bed (double bed 140cm wide) and a bunk bed (2 single beds) which can accommodate 4 additional people.

The total capacity of the main house with the studio is therefore 12 people (possible possibility of additional capacity on request).

The main house has a 2nd bathroom right next to the 3 bedrooms with a vanity, a sink, a walk-in shower and a bathtub. There is also a bathroom area in the studio with a vanity, a shower and a toilet.

You are welcome in this family home with a large living room/kitchen for meals around the table for 12 guests. The lounge area with TV, sofa and armchairs and the kitchen area with all the necessary equipment (large fridge with freezer part, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, raclette set for winter evenings, storage...).

All with a view of the outdoor terrace and the private swimming pool (4mx8m, heated and accessible from May to October).

For moments of relaxation outside, you have at your disposal garden furniture with a large table, 12 chairs, 2 parasols, 4 deckchairs with 2 small coffee tables and a gas plancha.

There is also a storeroom where you can store your belongings, bikes, surfboards... and use the washing machine if necessary.

You have a fibre type Wi-Fi connection.

The property is closed by an entrance gate and you can park your vehicles freely and free of charge in front of the front door of the house inside the courtyard.

For each booking, bed linen and towels are provided and made available in the accommodation.

PGJyPgCleaning is not included in the price of the booking of the stay. You must clean the accommodation when you leave (vacuum cleaner, brooms, products... available in the accommodation). If you do not wish to do the cleaning on your departure, you can subscribe to the cleaning package (100€ to be paid on site by check or cash please).
