The people are so friendly and it was a nice clean place with a great location. But here's the issue, one person in a couple is not going to be able to sleep right at night. Please let me explain. In a couple there was always one that sleeps deeper, and one that is kind of security. They listen for the noises and the creeps and bumps in the night to make sure everything's all right, even though they're sleeping, they are light sleepers and heat everything. Well, that person will have issues with the room when the A/C goes on and off, I don't know about the heat because it was really hot and in 90's during our stay, but that is the problem. There is a loud clunk whenever the air comes on and off and it sounds as if someone is walking through the front door. This happens many times during the night. And the couple that was staying in the room next to us that came with us, one of them couldn't sleep either. You are sleeping and then you hear this loud clunky noise of the A/C you get startled thinking someone's coming through your front door and it wakes you up to look. I could also hear car tires, 1 or 2, late at night because the lot is gravel parking lot. And we tried to use the swing out behind the outside eating area to sit on and the cup holders on the side bashed into the sides, so we can't really use it. But the breakfast was great and about many others considering it was free.
