The rooms are great, very new and super equipped. My issue was that apparently they doble booked my room. So at 12 am a group walked into the room. Which was unsafe and uncomfortable for everyone! Very unsafe and irresponsible

Love the hotel. The scenery is beautiful, the river and the waterfalls. Food delicious.

The hotel was well located I. The centre of Mexico making it easy to use as a base for local excursions. There was a cliche to start as we had asked for a vegan breakfast and it was limiting - we asked for avocados as there was no real choice and the staff were looking to charge us. I was unimpressed. The 2 nd day the manager had shared it was okay and would provide us with gluten free bread and avocado which was great The spa was lovely and gym had more than enough equipment. Was a great hotel.

The property is really nice, safe with inside parking which was a plus. The apartment was the perfect size for my family. The beds are comfortable. The last bedroom is in an awkward place after the kitchen and laundry but my teen loved it. I actually think it was the laundry room or the help’s room. When I needed help they responded right away and solved my problem. There is pretty much everything within walking distance. We actually really enjoyed it and would come back. I just would have like the house to be cleaned a little better there was grease on the counter, stove and walls in the kitchen and the glass doors in the bathrooms needed some deep cleaning. I also would have liked some type of light cleaning services and to replenish items like toilet paper included at least 2x per week. Also the apartment needs some decorating it was very bland didn’t feel warm and welcoming. very minimalistic! Overall a good and safe place to
