The holiday apartment 'Historisches Apartment Duregghof' is located in San Genesio Atesino in a historic farmhouse from the 17th century and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Our farmhouse is situated at 1,300 m in a very sunny and secluded location, about 20 km from Bolzano. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, and can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child under 14 years. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite and cable TV, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a balcony with spectacular mountain views, a playground and an outdoor shower. A shared barbecue is available. There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Breakfast is available on request and for an extra fee. The accommodation offers homemade or own products.
