Known as the resort strip of San Juan and for its award-winning beaches, this pristine location is just 7 minutes from the airport, and walking distance from beaches, restaurants, water sports and nightlife as well as essentials like supermarkets and pharmacies.

Its central location puts you in the heart of the island, making it convenient to enjoy its local attractions or wander to experience the rest of what paradise has to offer. If you are interested in exploring other parts of Puerto Rico, let us know and we can provide recommendations and how to best get around the island.

The building itself has a few parking spots (first come, first served) or you may park anywhere on the street, there's always space. Although recommended since Puerto Rico has many wonderful destinations around the island, renting a car is not necessary. Being in a touristic area, Uber access is quick and priced fairly. This building is about 10-15 minutes away from Old San Juan and Condado (popular "downtown-like beach area"). For suggestions on what you should see and do while you're in town, please review our guidebook.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, in accordance with Airbnb policies. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to avoid fines, reports, or removal from the property. Be considerate of your neighbors throughout your stay.

Nice and Cozy apartment

We loved the location and proximity to airport. The apartment was very clean, rooms and beds were comfortable. It provided a parking space and we felt cozy and comfortable. 5 Stars for sure
