“We loved our stay here. Great views from the 30th floor apartment. My son stayed on a comfortable blow-up bed and I took the king size bed. Jim was very helpful with requests to set up tours and helped us navigate going to a local soccer game. Angelica was so helpful in any need and request we had throughout the trip. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. “Owner and manager responded quickly to any issues we had. Construction in area made traveling to and from city, which was only 6 kilometers away, a challenge during rush hour. On the other hand it was much easier traveling west to the beaches as traffic was lighter. Bathroom tub and shower need a thorough cleaning. We enjoyed amenities such as pool, exercise room and golf. Reasonable price.”
