Nestled along the pristine shores of West Gulf Drive, this spacious 1,500 sq. ft. vacation rental offers unparalleled ocean vistas from the expansive lanai, open living area, and modern kitchen. The unit was completely rebuilt in 2024 with an all-new kitchen and bathrooms and professionally redecorated in a contemporary coastal theme and color palette.

Living Area: Step into the bright and airy living room, designed for relaxation with a plush sectional sofa, unique coastal artwork, a large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling Gulf views. The living room boasts 20-foot vaulted ceilings, adding a sense of volume and spaciousness.

Dining & Kitchen: The open-concept dining area features seating for six beneath a modern light fixture, complemented by stunning side views of the sparkling Gulf waters. The fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals—or simply reheat leftovers from Sanibel Island’s fabulous restaurants.

Bedrooms- Primary Suite: Expansive king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading to the lanai. The primary suite also has a 20-foot vaulted ceiling. Wake up to the gentle sea breeze and panoramic views of the beach. Second Bedroom: King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet. Third Bedroom: Two queen beds, flat-screen TV, and a large closet. Perfect for additional guests or children.

The building is closer to the beach than permitted under current law, providing panoramic views of the ocean without other buildings obstructing the view. The bend of the island at this location makes for the best sunset views. The property has been owned by the same family since 1946, adding a rich history to its charm. While the heated pool is currently under repair, the spectacular Gulf views and white sandy beaches more than makeup for it. Please be aware that this property does not have an elevator, but the breathtaking views are well worth the two-flight climb.

Blue Gulf is a completely smoke-free complex for a fresh and enjoyable experience for all guests.

This place is perfection. It exceeded my (high) expectations. The location is perfect. The decor is all new and perfect. It had everything we wanted and needed. My 4 year old granddaughter said “I’m going to miss this house” and I totally agree with her. I will definitely be back.
