"When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster. I feel the owner needed to replace the oven, which I had to clean. Bathroom had mold which I removed with Clorox. Exterminator needs to visit more often, saw...

"This location is far from the main strip, & to go anywhere fun/interesting will require transportation.The grounds include a nice pool & decent gym, but no frills from there.The open air hallways coupled with a frugal property owner, who was overly emotional, had me tolerate only one (1) night here before I pivoted to a hotel/resort. It was the best thing to happen to me as I met very nice people there, & had a great time!"

"We booked this location for four adults. Dina is a gem, she offered us an option of a three bedroom home instead due to the circumstances that brought us back home to Guam. My family and I cannot thank her enough for the generosity and accommodations she provided. Dina also put me in touch with Queen, the manager for the home. "The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....

"Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!"

"Duplex property - beautiful 2 bedroom duplex with kitchen & 1 bath - newly re-furbished with entry gate. This is a more "neighborhood" based property away from the "tourist" attractions. "I stayed at the location for two months (work trip). The apartment had two comfortable beds, very efficient air conditioning in each room, and a comfortable living space. Any requests I had were answered promptly. For anything that needed to be handled on-site, Jack was readily available for assistance. I enjoyed my visit to Guam and the living experience was a big part of that. If I'm lucky enough to get assigned here again, I would definitely stay here!"

"I love all the amenities in this place, the swimming pools, the slides, the putt putt golf, archery, kayaking, the botanical garden. Even had the chance to watch the circus show at 730pm. My husband and I stayed for 3days and 2 nights and tried all of those things. I highly recommend this place for people with kids, they will definitely have fun! There’s also a restaurant that’s called Sunset BBQ that you can make a reservation and grill some food while watching the sunset (we didnt have a chance to try that, but if we come back, we’ll definitely try it) the rooms are just okay, nothing special. But we did stay on the standard room in Oceana A, can’t say the same about the other part of PIC. "
